Level 1:
Eating for Health

You'll only eat healthy,

if it tastes good

Unprocess your diet,
make confident choices

Food is more than entertainment, it’s even more than sustenance. It’s both a source of nourishment and a source of toxins. Eating and living well in our modern, convenient world, is a skill, not taught to us from typical education systems.

This Eating for Health Program will provide the ABCs to migrate to a whole foods-based, low toxicity, nutrient-dense diet, personalised to suit your preference and lifestyle. We begin with a simple strategy: Avoid Empty Calories.

The richest flavours are found in foods with the highest nutritional value. Sadly with depleted soil through industrialised agriculture and factory farming, prevalence of ultra processed foods with synthetic flavouring and chemicals, many calories are consumed with no nutrition. Additionally, they monopolise our micronutrient stores in order to metabolise and detox.

An Eating for Health Program will help you:

  • Learn exactly what to eat, and what not to

  • Have better energy & mood

  • Set clear, achievable nutrition goals

  • Understand your personal nutrition needs

  • Convert your kitchen into a nutritious (and tasty!) pantry

  • Learn to read ingredient labels

  • Cook a few of your favourite dishes, nutritiously

  • Meal prep, with joy!

  • Smart snacking

  • Make lifestyle changes

How it works?*

Session 1: Online Session

Session 2: Pantry Clean-out

Session 3: Cooking Class

Session 4: Final Review

We will conduct a 90min detailed intake interview online, and discuss your key goals, symptoms and feelings. This process allows me to get to know the unique you.

You receive your tracking instructions and login, track your consumption for 3-7 days.

We get to work in your pantry, and identify the healthiest items, and discuss your non-negotiables ;) Don't worry, we won't take away the things that bring you the most joy.

Coaching time is also allotted in this session to review your meal tracking results and diet change recommendations.

We will cook a couple pre-determined dishes that you love, but nutritiously. The healthified recipes will be provided to you for keeping.  Coaching time is also allotted in this session.

We meet one last time online, to review your wins from this program, and discuss strategies to sustain the amazing strides you made into long-lasting habits.

* This is a basic structure of the Eating for Health Program, changes to program content and/or session order will be made according to each client, based on personalised conditions and needs.
