You live a health-conscious life, but you have a gut-feeling there is more to be done! This program helps you dive deeper into your overall diet & lifestyle, and together we will use evidence-based methods to listen in closer, and find root causes to those nagging repeated acute symptoms you have. Maybe they are in the gut, energy, hormones, or shifting the last of that stubborn weight.

 

This Uplevel Program is an even more personalised approach when compared to Level 1: Eating for Health, such as the added feature of Blood Sugar Tracking, the most economical way to actionable diet and lifestyle changes in real time. 

 

You will also learn more personalised tools such as the best Eating Timing for you, personalised pantry replacement recommendations, and many more. You can choose between a 6-week, or an 8-week program.

How it works?* 

Session 1: Online Session

Session 2: Pantry Clean-out

Session 3: Coaching

Session 4: Cooking Class 

We will conduct a 90min detailed intake interview online, and discuss your key goals, symptoms and feelings. This process allows me to get to know the unique you.

​You receive your Blood Sugar Tracking kit and Meal Tracking instructions and login, track for 3-7 days. 

We get to work in your pantry, and identify the healthiest items, and discuss your non-negotiables ;) Don't worry, we won't take away the things that bring you the most joy. 

Coaching time is also allotted in this session to review your meal tracking results. 

This coaching session will focus on your blood sugar tracking results and recommendations. A personalised pantry replacement recommendation report will be sent to you before this session.

We will cook a couple pre-determined dishes that you love, but nutritiously. The healthified recipes will be provided to you for keeping.  Coaching time is also allotted in this session. 

Session 5: Coaching 

This coaching session will focus on reviewing program progress up to now, make adjustments for the final week in the 6-week program. 

Session 6: Final Review 

We meet one last time online, to review your wins from this program, and discuss strategies to sustain the amazing strides you made into long-lasting habits.

This coaching session will continue with progress with program goals.
